COVID 19 Re-opening Policy & Information

 Dear T. Alexandria Friends,

As concerns about the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to personally reach out to update you on what we are doing to care for both our employees and clients during this time. Dallas County has allowed the re-opening of Medical Spa's effective May 8, 2020.  However, T. Alexandria Medical Spa, LLC, will not re-open their doors at that time. Tentatively, we are scheduled to re-open on May 26, 2020. You may reschedule your appointment starting the week of May 26, 2020. Please keep in mind that if at any point, Tracee, Owner of T. Alexandria, feels the health of her staff and clients are at risk, the re-opening date will extend past May 26, 2020.

Our plan is as follows:

Working remotely, connecting digitally: Our team is continuing to work normal business hours and has the resources and tools they need to do their jobs remotely. We are hustling from home and here to support you with the best-in-class service you’ve come to expect. If you are wanting to schedule a Virtual Skin Care Consultation, please email us at tracee@t-alexandria and one of our estheticians or Tracee will take good care of you. As a courtesy, we will offer 15% off of your product order along with free shipping.

Your health comes first: We are encouraging everyone to wash their hands, socially distance, and follow best practices to protect the health and wellbeing of themselves, their family, and our community at large. Additionally, we believe in supporting all members of our team should they become ill and we are asking anyone who feels sick to take as much time off as they need to fully recover. Before entering our establishment, your vital signs will be taken. If you have a low grade fever (98.7 F) and above, you will not be allowed to proceed with your appointment. A mask is required to enter into our establishment, no exceptions. Appropriate masks requirements, per T. Alexandria, are a N95 mask or a mask similar to a N95 mask. A basic paper mask is not an appropriate mask to enter into our establishment. If you are receiving a facial service, you will not be required to wear a mask during your treatment. Our staff will wear their masks during your entire visit. If you are receiving a service other than a facial service, an appropriate masks is required at all times.

Rescheduling of clients: If you had a previously scheduled appointment prior to the mandated shut-down, we will reach out to you personally to reschedule your appointment to avoid the payment of another deposit. Be patient, we will deliver on our promise and schedule you appropriately. Scouts honor :)

Taking care of one another: We will be donating 5% of our profits over the next month to a local organization supporting vulnerable families who need food assistance and direct relief during this difficult time.

In addition to these steps, we will be monitoring the latest information including recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization and doing our part to stop the spread of this disease.

We will continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to our action plan if and when necessary. The health and well-being of our clients, team, and community are of utmost importance to us and will continue to be our north star as we navigate the road ahead.

Thank you for your steadfast support of our business—we are truly grateful.

-Tracee Wilson and all of us at of the T. Alexandria. team
